Overview

Since 2023, Immerse Education has proudly collaborated with the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) as part of its Rize University Preparation and Career Guidance Programme. This landmark initiative supports outstanding Emirati students by providing world-class academic experiences across leading global institutions.

The partnership exemplifies how a national education body and international enrichment provider can work together to deliver academically rigorous, culturally rich, and future-focused learning opportunities.

Programme Delivery

In the inaugural year, a select cohort of high-achieving students travelled to the University of Toronto to experience life on a world-renowned campus and deepen their knowledge of university-level subjects. Following the success of this pilot, the programme expanded to include:

Singapore: Students explored Public Policy, Journalism, and Mass Communications through dynamic, discussion-based sessions led by expert university tutors.

Tokyo: Students delved into Environmental Science, Innovation, and Engineering, with a focus on hands-on projects and sustainability.

Sydney and other global cities: Additional cohorts have experienced a wide range of disciplines, contributing to the global scale of the initiative.

Each programme includes one-to-one tutor feedback and personal development reports, equipping students with tangible materials for university applications.

In 2024, students rated their overall experience an average of 9.8 out of 10, with individual reflections highlighting the programme’s academic value and life-changing personal development.
